4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) to function properly, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure the performance of our marketing.

We may use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to operate.
  • Analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the Site. We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, which sets cookies and collects information such as your IP address and how you interact with the Site, and processes that information on our behalf. To learn how Google uses data, see Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Functional cookies to remember your settings.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through a cookie banner or preference center on the Site. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works. Depending on your location, we will obtain your consent for non-essential cookies before placing them.

Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting "Do Not Track" browser signals, we do not currently respond to them.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers / processors: vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, CRM, customer support, and IT security. They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention practices.

Where required (for example, for personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers.
